Engineer Abdulrahim Abdullah Fakhroo is the founding member of his Management Consulting Firm. He is a researcher and practitioner in the field of entrepreneurship and SMEs development for more than twenty years. With MBA in management, and BSC in Engineering Management in addition to his Family-Business background, Engineer Fakhroo enjoys a wealth of experience in private and public sectors, Foreign Direct Investment as well as an accumulated training best practice in SMES development, vocational and academic higher institutions. He is also well known for introducing the entrepreneurship education to tertiary level students in Bahrain since 1996. He has extended his services to the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), and the GCC Union of Entrepreneurs (GCCUE), and the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCCI) SMEs and Industrial Committees, few to name. He is also one of the Founders of the annual ‘SMEs Day International Conference & Exhibition’ since 2010 he is the Vice Chairman of the Bahrain Small and Medium Society as well as the Board Member of Bahrain Management Society. Engineer Fakhroo served as the Corporate and Commercial Development Manager in the Bahrain Polytechnic University, which he joined in 2010 after his previous post as the Head of Economic and Technical Affairs at the Supreme oil Council of the Government of Bahrain.
